According to the Turkish Airlines Cancellation Policy simple of airlines to hold a reservation for 24 hours without payment, at an estimated fare, or to be able to cancel a ticket within 24 hours without penalty. Most airlines offer the latter (and many airlines even offer the first option).
According to the regulations, passengers who cancel their Turkish airline tickets between 1-12 hours before departure will have to pay a forty percent fee for cancellation.
However, if the flight is canceled within 24 hours of booking, Turkish airlines offer a full refund of the full fare if the ticket is booked a week or more in advance.
