Projekty poselskich ustaw i nowe postanowienia Rady Polityki Pieniężnej mają przyczynić się do poprawy sytuacji na rynku kredytów hipotecznych.
Do preferencyjnego kredytu hipotecznego z państwową dopłatą obecnie mają dostęp tylko, nie posiadające własnego mieszkania ani domu, małżeństwa i osoby samotnie wychowujące dzieci. Dostępności kredytu sprzyja też zwiększenie w kwietniu br. limitu cenowego dla mieszkań objętych programem oraz spadek cen nieruchomości sięgający w niektórych przypadkach nawet kilkudziesięciu procent. – Analitycy rynku szacują, że w skali całego kraju nawet połowa lokali może spełniać kryterium cenowe wymagane dla kredytu z rządową dopłatą. Obniżenie rezerwy obowiązkowej było jednym z głównych postulatów banków, w zamian za co oczekiwane jest od nich właśnie pobudzenie akcji kredytowej.
