witam!
mam pytanie, a wlasciwie problem i nie wiem czy da sie go rozwiązać.
a chodzi o to, że planuje kupić mieszkanie z rynku wtórnego i przez swoją nieuwagę oglądałam dwa razy to samo mieszkanie, ale za każdym razem z innym pośednikiem.
Podpisywałam oczywiscie ta umowę, która mówi że jeśli kupię to mieszkanie to musze zaplacić temu pośrednikowi odpowiedni procent od wartości nieruchomości.
chciałabym kupić własnie to mieszkanie, ale nie chcialabym płacic obu biurom:)
czy biura sprawdzaja jakoś kto kupił dane mieszkanie albo coś w tym stylu? czy jest może szansa, że jedno z biur nie dowie się, że to ja kupiłam to mieszkanie i nie będę musiała mu płacic?
