Hello everyone, I am looking to get into the real estate business and also start my own business. What are some creative real estate related small business ideas with relatively low start up costs?

I was very interested in starting up a property management company, but after doing some research I found out it requires a broker's license....

There is property preservation, which sounds like it could be interesting, however I don't really have any handyman skills and it also sounds like it is somewhat seasonal perhaps???

I've heard of doing field inspections for insurance and mortgage companies, but I heard that it is difficult to make money in that field? Anyone have any experience with this?

I also thought of possibly starting up a photography business where I basically take photos of rentals and houses for sale and create postings for agents and other real estate groups. Not quite sure if there is any money in this type of thing though.also have looked for startup video

Any other ideas that you guys could think of?
